Brad Pillinger was born to work in upper echelon real estate. The son of the doyen of eastern suburbs real estate, Ron Pillinger, he inherited his father's determination and also learned all about negotiation and selling simply by watching and listening. After graduating from the University of New South Wales where he studied Commerce with a marketing major, Brad worked a blue chip clientele for a major network’s commercial city office from 1989-1995.

Brad entered the Double Bay market in 1995 and within ten weeks of arriving he sold the Heinz Estate, "Fintry", in Victoria Road, Bellevue Hill, a property he recently re-sold for $10.2m. Brad has quite a list of unique properties which repeat all through his resume.

The sale of 'Caerleon' for $22m is a Bellevue Hill record and he sold 'Elstree' at Point Piper also for $22Million in the same first quarter of 2008. These sorts of sales show that Christie's has a stronghold in the current Eastern Suburbs premium market. Brad himself has made 5 personal sales over $20m including
'Mandalay' in 2004 for $20m and 9 Wolseley Crescent, Point Piper in 2006 for $24m which was the "Australian single title residential record" at the time and an undisclosed sale in Vaucluse yet to settle for $24.9Million late last year.

Brad career highlights include:

$24.9 Million Vaucluse
$24 Million 9 Wolseley Crescent, Point Piper
$22 M, $8.5 M & $6.5 Million "Caerleon" Bellevue Hill
$22 Million "Elstree", Point Piper
$20 Million "Mandalay" Point Piper

$12.2m "Ashton" Elizabeth Bay
$12m "Vaynol" Point Piper
$10.5m & $8.5m "Coolangatta" Vaucluse
$8.5m & $8.25m "Paradis-Sur-Mer" Point Piper

Personal care and attention to each client and property is a big part of what Brad does: in January 2008 whilst setting some of the sales records you see above he sold a city suite for $358,000. The vendors of this small holding will tell you that
he gave them the same energy and enthusiasm that he gives to his bigger projects.
